Client Ownership: Upon full payment for development services, all rights to the specific application's source code created for the Client are transferred to the Client.
3. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a milestone basis. Work on each subsequent stage begins only after the previous stage has been approved and paid for in full. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise specified.
4. Limitation of Liability
APP DEV SOLUTIONS LTD shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services or website.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
